ທ່ານປະທານສະພາແຫ່ງຊາດ Vuong Dinh Hue ໄດ້ປະກາດໃນນາມຄະນະບໍລິຫານງານສະພາແຫ່ງຊາດກ່ຽວກັບການປະຕິບັດສິດອຳນາດທ່ານນາງ Vo Thi Anh Xuan (ຮອງປະທານປະເທດ) ເປັນຜູ້ຮັກສາການປະເທດແຫ່ງ ສສຫວຽດນາມ”.
ຄະນະປະຈຳສະພາແຫ່ງຊາດປະກາດວ່າ: “ທ່ານນາງ Vo Thi Anh Xuan, ຮອງປະທານປະເທດ ເປັນຜູ້ຮັກສາອຳນາດຂອງປະທານປະເທດຈົນກວ່າກອງປະຊຸມຈະເລືອກຕັ້ງປະທານປະເທດຄົນໃໝ່”.
ອີງໃສ່ລັດຖະທຳມະນູນຂອງສາທາລະນະລັດສັງຄົມນິຍົມ ຫວຽດນາມ; ກົດໝາຍວ່າດ້ວຍການຈັດຕັ້ງລັດຖະສະພາ ສະບັບເລກທີ 57/2014; ບົດສະຫຼຸບຂອງກົມການເມືອງກ່ຽວກັບການມອບໝາຍໃຫ້ຄະນະບໍລິຫານງານສູນກາງພັກ ໃຫ້ດຳລົງຕຳແໜ່ງປະທານປະເທດ.
ກ່ອນໜ້າທີ່ທ່ານນາງ ຫວູທິແອງຊວນ, ໄດ້ມີກໍລະນີທີ່ທ່ານນາງຮອງປະທານປະເທດ ດັ້ງທິຫງອກທິ້ງ ໄດ້ຮັກສາການອຳນາດເປັນປະທານປະເທດເປັນເວລາ 01 ເດືອນ ແຕ່ວັນທີ 23/9 – 23/10/2018.
ວັນທີ 17/1, ຄະນະບໍລິຫານງານສູນກາງໄດ້ດຳເນີນກອງປະຊຸມວິສາມັນ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ທ່ານ ຫງວຽນຊວນຟຸກ ລາອອກຈາກຕຳແໜ່ງຄະນະບໍລິຫານງານສູນກາງພັກຊຸດທີ XIII, ປະທານປະເທດ ສາທາລະນະລັດ ສັງຄົມນິຍົມ ຫວຽດນາມ ແລະ ສະພາຄວາມໝັ້ນຄົງປ້ອງກັນປະເທດ, ໄລຍະ 2021 – 2026.
At an extraordinary meeting on January 18, after the Congress sworn the President of the State to
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, the President of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue announced on behalf of the National Executive Committee on the exercise of the President’s power for Mrs. Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vice President.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee announces: Mrs. Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Vice President retains the power of the President until the Congress elects a new President.
This is based on the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Law of Organizing Parliament No. 57/2014; Conclusion of the Political Ministry on assigning the Central Party Commissioner to hold the President.
Before Mrs. Vo Thi Anh Xuan, there was a case where Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh held the power of President for a period of 1 month from 23/9 – 23/10/2018.
On 17/1, the Central Executive Committee held an irregular meeting to agree to allow
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc to resign from the positions of Political Central Executive Committee Commissioner of the Party XIII course, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Chairman Defense, Security Council for term 2021 – 2026.
